No — but here's what we can do.
No — a court order is a public court record. Only the clerk of court can issue a certified copy, and a notary cannot attest to a copy of a court record. You obtain the clerk-certified copy, and we apostille that (state channel for state-court orders; federal channel for federal-court records).

My custody order is going to another country — what do I bring?
Bring the clerk-certified copy of the order (the one with the court's seal). We apostille it through the proper authority and can add a certified translation so the foreign court or agency accepts it without delay.
Is a federal court order handled differently?
Yes — federal court records are apostilled through the U.S. Department of State, not the Florida Secretary of State. We identify the right channel and manage the submission either way.
