We can't certify a copy of an already-signed POA, but we do the part that actually makes it work: the notarization (and the apostille for international use).

Can a Florida notary certify a copy of a power of attorney?
No — but here's what we can do.
No to copy-certifying a finished POA — but that's not what you need. What a POA requires is a notary to witness and notarize your signature at signing (Florida POAs need notarization and two witnesses). We provide that. For a POA used in another country, we then apostille the notarized POA so it's recognized abroad.

Do I sign the POA before you arrive?
No — Florida law requires you to sign in front of the notary. Bring the unsigned POA and a valid photo ID. Florida POAs also need two witnesses; we can guide you on arranging them, and we offer witness service.
My POA is for use overseas — can you apostille it too?
Yes. We notarize the POA, then apostille the notarization through the Florida Secretary of State so it's valid in the destination country, with a certified translation if needed.
